HJ large vermeil modernist cufflinks
designed for other Danish Designers
Elegant, lightweight, modenist cufflinks, with decorated backs as well as fronts, probably by the Hans Jensen , whose workshop operated in Aarhus from 1937 to 1970. These assymetric cufflinks are deeply etched, and the surface is both silky and slightly vermeiled (gold-washed). The rectangular backs have been guilloched with a plain frame.
condition
Excellent. No visible damage on fronts. 1 tiny scratch on one of the backs.
