Here is a discretely elegant yet substantial pair of cufflinks by N E From. The very simple design, with a diagonal incision to provide depth and texture, is the hallmark of the very best of modern Danish design. The cufflinks look heavier than they are, as they have been cast and are not solid throughout. A matt finish, similar to finish on many Lapponia pieces, adds the final touch of restraint.
The modern type of shank and folding back suggest that these were made in the late 1970s.
